Rotunda Lite:
Eco-Friendly and Customisable
At Rotunda, we offer two main packages: the Standard Rotunda and the Rotunda Lite (formerly known as the Garden Room Rotunda). The primary difference between the two lies in their specifications: the Standard Rotunda is designed and constructed to fully comply with UK building regulations, while the Rotunda Lite is intended as a garden room that does not necessarily require compliance with full building regulations.
Both packages are available in seven standard sizes, providing sustainable, fully installed outdoor buildings. Each build includes a high-quality specification, featuring British Larch cladding, a sedum roof, stained softwood beams, smooth internal wall linings, Chateau Oak flooring, and a fixed double-glazed polycarbonate dome tailored to the building's size. Additionally, each Rotunda comes with a single aluminium fully glazed door and between 2 to 8 aluminium opening windows (measuring 650mm x 900mm), depending on the chosen size.
For those looking for a more hands-on approach, we also offer a "structural frame only" option, ideal if you have a builder or joiner available. Upgrades such as extensions and verandas are also available, and we are happy to discuss larger, bespoke buildings during a consultation.
