Level of Assistance:
Level 1: Interior finishes only
We will handle everything structural from foundations (organised through a third-party contractor) to MDF or plaster-boarded walls and OSB floors!
Once we have installed your Rotunda to our Standard or Lite specification, we will then hand over to you to add the finishing touches! Everything interior design such as the flooring type, wall finishes, and lighting fixtures are all down to you to create your ideal Rotunda space!
Level 2: Structure and Insulation
Built to a Standard or Lite specification, we will ensure that your building is build to the agreed handover stage, but the rest is down to you!
The interior design and external cladding are yours to install however you wish!
Level 3: Structural Build Assistance
Our Site Engineers will be on hand to assist you with installing your Rotunda building from day one of your build, right through until it is watertight! The duration of their stay will be determined based on the size of your build, and the level of assistance you may need to build your Rotunda.
Your build will arrive in pre-fabricated, modular cassettes to ensure that installation is as simple as possible!
Level 4: Complete Self Build - Coming Soon!
We will deliver your Rotunda building ready for installation, along with an installation guide. The rest is down to you!
We will discuss the level of pre-fab manufacture you would like, whether it is just the framework, so that you can install the insulation of your choice, or fully sealed cassettes that only require assembling.
